assalam u aliakum to all of you! hope you all be doing well.
i have just joined this forum. i need a little favor. i need a comprehensive pashto book which include the history, leaders and poets (biography not poetry)of pushto. where can i get these books?

--------------------------

pA khair Raghlaye,

I hope you will peruse this site and obtain some of the information here.
There is not ONE single comprehensive book about the topics you have inquired about, however there are a combination of books that might help achieve what you seek.
For history:
The Pathans, by Olaf Caroe is a good starting point.
For leaders, there is not one unitary book, but you can get books about Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan, the Frontier Gandhi. The latest one is the "Pathan Unarmed" about the Khudai Khidmatgar movement and their leaders.
Poets: There is a book about Rakhman Baba and one about Khushal Khan Khattak, that you could obtain.

These are the one's in English. If you can read Pashto, then there are others that you could obtain from the University of Peshawar, "Pashto Academy".
I hope this will get you started.
